A Home at Last Animal Adoption Network, Inc. is a very small (3 person), all volunteer, non-profit 501(C)3 organization dedicated to bettering the lives of homeless and feral cats. Through a program of trap/neuter/return, we hope to bring down the number of feral cats on Long Island. Feral and stray cats that are trapped and deemed adoptable, are placed in 2 nurturing foster homes, socialized, given needed medical attention and then placed in carefully screened adoptive homes. We also network with other rescue organizations and shelters to find homes and match perspective adopters with the animal best fitting what they are looking for. |
